📋 Description
- • The Payments & Refunds Specialist role at AmTrav, a subsidiary of Perk, is an entry-level opportunity to build a career in the travel industry by ensuring travelers’ critical issues are resolved efficiently and with care through back-office support.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include making high-volume outbound calls to hotels and travel vendors, obtaining folios and receipts, following up with travelers for updated payment information, creating and distributing pre-authorization forms, coordinating with hotels to resolve payment issues and credit card reversals, and maintaining accurate records for seamless traveler experiences.
- • AmTrav operates as a hyper-growth SaaS platform transforming the $1.3 trillion business travel market, combining world-class tech with human empathy to ensure business travelers are never stranded and always supported, backed by Perk’s global presence of over 1,800 employees across 12 offices.
- • In this role, you will develop strong communication, prioritization, and teamwork skills while gaining hands-on experience in travel operations, payment processing, and vendor coordination, with opportunities to grow within a values-driven culture focused on ownership, 7-star service, and continuous development.
