- • The Senior Manager, Payor Partnerships is a strategic leader responsible for driving the growth and success of Equip’s most critical health plan relationships, reporting to the Director of Payor Partnerships while managing a high-impact book of business and leading a team of Payor Partnership Managers.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning long-term strategy and relationships with key health plan partners, mentoring and developing team members to exceed performance targets, managing contract renewals, serving as an intermediary between health plan interests and Equip’s business functions, and delivering data-driven client presentations and reports to support program success.
