• • The Payroll Administrator at Horizon3.ai plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for a global workforce, directly supporting employee trust and operational integrity in a fast-growing cybersecurity innovator.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with regular payroll cycles for U.S. and international employees, serving as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries (paychecks, taxes, deductions, direct deposit), reviewing and auditing payroll data for accuracy, maintaining employee records in HRIS/payroll systems, supporting onboarding/offboarding tasks, processing adjustments and off-cycle payments, and partnering with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies and support year-end processes like W-2 distribution.
