📋 Description

• • As a Payroll and Billing Specialist at Globalization Partners, Inc., you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s mission to enable global hiring by ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and billing for clients across more than 180 countries. Your work directly contributes to the seamless onboarding and management of international talent, helping organizations expand without establishing local entities.
• • Day to day, you will review, reconcile, and submit error-free payroll inputs to local service providers on schedule; process bi-monthly expense reports with compliance checks per local laws; validate payroll reports from providers; mentor and train junior billing specialists; generate client bills using cost reports; ensure accurate and timely invoice processing; and maintain strict confidentiality of client information to protect company integrity.
