📋 Description

• As a Payroll & Benefits Analyst at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and benefits execution across Malaysia and selected overseas entities, playing a critical role in maintaining employee trust and regulatory adherence.
• You will own end-to-end monthly payroll processing, validate inputs such as joiners, exits, allowances, incentives, attendance, and deductions, and manage statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax compliance.
• You will work within a highly talented, motivated, and flat organization focused on engineering and product excellence, collaborating closely with People Ops, HRBPs, Finance, and external vendors to support BJAK’s global expansion.
• You will develop expertise in multi-country payroll operations, strengthen internal controls, improve payroll workflows through automation and HRIS integration, and gain exposure to regional compliance frameworks while contributing to audit-ready documentation and compensation analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in payroll operations, preferably covering multi-country or regional payroll
• Strong understanding of Malaysian payroll legislation and statutory requirements
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems, HRIS tools, and spreadsheets
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong problem-solving ability
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Strong coordination skills to work effectively with HR, Finance, and external vendors
