📋 Description

• • The Payroll & Benefits Manager will own and operate all aspects of payroll and benefits administration at Campus, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient processing while designing competitive, cost-effective benefits programs that support employee well-being and organizational goals.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include running end-to-end payroll for all employees via Rippling, managing benefits enrollment and renewals, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations (ACA, ERISA, COBRA), maintaining accurate records, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and serving as the primary administrator for HRIS and retirement systems.
• • The role sits on the Finance Team, reports directly to the CFO, and collaborates closely with the People team, operating within a mission-driven organization reimagining higher education through innovative, accessible, and outcomes-focused college experiences backed by top-tier investors.
• • In this role, the individual will gain deep expertise in HRIS optimization, strategic benefits design, multi-state payroll compliance, and cross-functional leadership, positioning them as a key contributor to Campus’s operational excellence and long-term vision of transforming talent development.
