📋 Description

• • The Payroll & Benefits Manager will own and operate all aspects of payroll and benefits administration at Campus, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient processing while designing competitive benefits programs that support employee well-being and organizational goals.
• • Day to day, the role involves running end-to-end payroll for all employees via Rippling, managing benefits enrollment and renewals, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations (ACA, ERISA, COBRA), administering 401(k) through Fidelity, supporting equity administration via Carta, and collaborating with finance and people teams on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
