📋 Description
- • As a Payroll Client Services Specialist at Remote, you will serve as a specialist-level support for payroll-related inquiries and issues, acting as the main point of contact for urgent customer escalations and ensuring timely resolution of payroll concerns within your assigned region or sub-region.
- • Day to day, you will process end-to-end payroll runs, collaborate with Customer Experience, Payroll Operations, and other teams to meet SLAs, join customer video calls to resolve issues, and work autonomously on escalations while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders about changes, delays, or updates.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in processing end-to-end Payroll or equivalent experience
- • Deep understanding of payroll specific to the region or sub-region of application
- • Experience in client-facing roles
- • Analytical mind and exceptional problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues and escalations
- • Excellent communication skills: fluent in English, comfortable with asynchronous communication, and proficient in using collaboration tools like Slack
- • Team player: ability to mentor and support colleagues, collaborate effectively across departments, and manage escalations with confidence
