• • The Payroll Client Services Specialist serves as a key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and escalations, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of client issues within a global, fully remote organization.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a regional payroll specialist, managing customer escalations, collaborating with Payroll Operations and Customer Experience teams to meet SLAs, and providing premium support to assigned customers through video calls and autonomous issue resolution.
