  • • Serve as the primary payroll subject matter expert for Peru, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • • Monitor, analyze, and interpret upcoming regulatory changes from government sources, industry associations (e.g., Global Payroll Association), and compliance alerts to maintain Strada Pay’s legal adherence.
  • • Maintain and update country-specific payroll workbooks with accurate, current legislative and compliance information.
  • • Collaborate directly with Product Development teams to influence the Strada Pay roadmap, ensuring country-specific features align with local payroll practices and regulatory demands.
  • • Evaluate existing payroll processes and recommend automation or procedural improvements to reduce manual work, enhance accuracy, and increase operational efficiency.
  • • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Strada Pay methodology, delivery templates, and standards within Peru’s market context.
  • • Provide expert guidance to Strada Pay project teams during client deployments, ensuring seamless transition and compliance with local requirements.
  • • Act as a gatekeeper for client customization requests, balancing innovation with global standardization and regulatory compliance.
  • • Support pre-sales activities by demonstrating Strada Pay’s capabilities to prospective clients, sharing local market insights, implementation lessons, and best practices.
  • • Engage with the global network of Payroll Country Champions to share knowledge, align on best practices, and ensure consistent service quality across regions.
  • • Translate complex payroll regulations and technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for internal teams and external clients.
  • • Maintain a high level of detail orientation and process discipline to ensure zero compliance errors in payroll execution and reporting.
  • • Work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, global environment while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
  • • Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for outcomes, aligning with Strada’s values of anticipating customer needs, owning the outcome, and challenging oneself to work smarter.
  • • Contribute to a culture of inclusion and diversity by fostering respectful, equitable, and collaborative interactions across global teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in Payroll or HR Outsourcing
  • • Deep knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements within Peru
  • • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex topics into clear insights
  • • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
  • • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, global working environment
