📋 Description
- • The Payroll Country Lead - Italy APL will own the complete Country Pod for APL (Agenzia per il Lavoro) in Italy, ensuring payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in full compliance with Italian government regulations, while providing guidance and mentorship to the team.
- • Day to day, the role involves managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, staying current with international payroll laws and tax regulations, ensuring compliance with corporate and country-specific policies, maintaining payroll documentation in line with governance and GDPR requirements, developing KPIs and SLAs, managing third-party payroll providers (including Zucchetti Paghe Project), and supporting system development and statutory change reviews.
