📋 Description

  • The Payroll Country Owner - Singapore is a critical subject matter expert and strategic leader responsible for ensuring Strada Pay solution compliance, efficiency, and regulatory standards for Singapore, acting as the central point of expertise for all payroll matters in the region.
  • Day to day, the role involves serving as the go-to payroll expert for Singapore, monitoring regulatory changes, partnering with Product Development to shape the product roadmap, maintaining country workbooks, analyzing payroll procedures for improvements, driving product evolution, leading continuous improvement initiatives, providing SME expertise during client deployments, acting as a gatekeeper for customization requests, supporting pre-sales activities, and collaborating with the global Country Champion network.
  • Strada is a people, payroll, and technology leader simplifying international workforce management, operating in 180+ countries and delivering people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology to help organizations grow and enable workforces to perform at their best.
  • In this role, the person can deepen their expertise in Singapore payroll compliance, influence product development for a global platform, lead process improvement initiatives, gain exposure to cross-functional global teams, and grow as a strategic leader in international payroll operations within a growing worldwide organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Payroll or HR Outsourcing
  • Deep knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements for Singapore
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights
  • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience required
