• • As a Payroll Data Administrator - Americas, you will support the accurate and compliant execution of payroll across multiple regions in the Americas, ensuring employee data is clean, complete, and ready for processing according to established guidelines.
• • Day to day, you will maintain and validate employee payroll data, perform structured data checks and reconciliations, partner with Payroll Specialists and Managers, execute recurring operational tasks tied to payroll inputs, support internal stakeholders, track and manage tasks through workflows and ticketing systems, contribute to documentation and SOPs, and identify inefficiencies to propose improvements.
• • You will join the Payroll Operations - Americas team at Remote Technologies Inc., a fully remote company solving global employment compliance challenges by enabling businesses to recruit, pay, and manage international teams with a focus on innovation, automation, and AI.
