📋 Description

• • As a Payroll Implementation GP Country Lead - APAC, you will serve as a subject matter expert for payroll implementation in the APAC region, ensuring compliant and efficient global payroll setups for Remote’s international clients.
• • Day to day, you will lead payroll implementation projects from inception through parallel runs and first-month live payroll, attend sales and client handover calls, develop project plans, mentor Payroll Generalists, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the platform through UAT testing and process standardization.
• • You will join Remote’s Global Payroll Operations team, a fully remote, asynchronous organization committed to solving global employment compliance with innovation, AI, and automation, where team members span six continents and values include ownership, proactivity, and work-life harmony.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in APAC payroll legislation and tools like SAP and Excel, strengthen your project leadership and stakeholder communication skills, and gain experience driving process improvements that impact global payroll operations at scale.
