- • As a Payroll Incident & Risk Lead at Remote Technologies Inc., you will spearhead the strategic development and execution of global payroll risk and incident management, leading critical programs to enhance risk posture and drive resolution of high-impact incidents while partnering across teams to embed risk-aware thinking into everyday operations.
- • Day to day, you will design and oversee global risk management frameworks for payroll operations, own and evolve the global payroll risk register, lead cross-functional risk assessments, serve as the escalation point for complex payroll incidents globally, lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts, mentor team members in risk assessment and incident handling, and translate incident data into cross-functional improvement initiatives.
- • You will join the Payroll Strategy & Compliance (PS&C) team within Remote Technologies Inc., a fully remote company solving global employment compliance challenges by enabling businesses to recruit, pay, and manage international teams, with team members across 6 continents and a culture rooted in innovation, automation, and AI integration.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in global payroll risk governance, deepen your skills in incident response and RCA methodologies, influence strategic planning through risk trend insights, and grow your ability to mentor and enable teams in a distributed, remote-first environment while driving continuous improvement across payroll operations.
