• • The Payroll Operations & Systems Manager is the strategic engine behind payroll delivery at Arbor Education 3, responsible for the operational machinery that enables the department to function efficiently and at scale, bridging technical systems and operational delivery.
• • Day to day, the role involves strategic capacity management, work allocation strategy, efficiency and utilisation tracking, process engineering, defining integration architecture for HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and automation, acting as escalation point for technical issues, liaising with product/engineering teams, managing BACS payment systems, standardising statutory and third-party connections, identifying and mitigating operational risks, and partnering with the Head of Payroll to drive operational excellence.
