- • The Payroll Operations Manager leads payroll operations for assigned countries, ensuring timely and accurate processing in line with client requirements and company standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing resources, monitoring SLAs, handling client escalations, supporting sales and procurement, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with security and payroll legislation.
- • The role involves coaching and upskilling team members, managing team productivity and schedule adherence, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll systems and legislative changes.
- • You will work within a global team at Strada, a technology-enabled provider of payroll and HCM solutions with over 8,000 experts and 30 years of experience serving 1,400+ clients across 33 countries.
