- • Day-to-day responsibilities include processing payroll settlements within clients’ Workday applications, ensuring all calculations and deductions are accurate and compliant with client-specific configurations.
- • The role involves settling on-demand payments as requested by clients or employees, requiring quick response times and adherence to internal controls and approval workflows.
- • Maintaining up-to-date client-specific support documentation is essential, including payroll calendars, deduction setups, and change logs, to ensure consistency and audit readiness.
- • Managing daily control reports is a core function, involving reconciliation of payroll runs, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
- • Performing Treasury exceptions, such as handling failed direct deposits, voided checks, or manual payments, requires precision and coordination with finance and banking partners.

🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • 1-2 years of payroll customer service or payroll processing experience
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation
