• • As a Payroll Risk & Compliance Expert for the Middle East, you will be the accountable expert for payroll compliance in your jurisdiction, ensuring local requirements are correctly interpreted, documented, and implemented across processes, systems, and customer workflows.
• • Day to day, you will translate statutory rules, payroll logic, tax calculations, thresholds, and edge cases into structured requirements for Product and Engineering, partner with Product Design to create compliant user experiences, review specifications and test logic to validate product outputs, and lead complex audits and compliance programs from planning through remediation.
• • You will join Remote Technologies Inc., a fully remote company solving global employment compliance challenges by enabling businesses to recruit, pay, and manage international teams, with a culture rooted in innovation, automation, AI, and asynchronous work across six continents.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in embedding compliance into product design, lead investigations and incident resolution, mentor teams to raise compliance capability, design scalable processes and governance frameworks, and influence cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is embedded into decision-making, positioning you as a key architect in Remote’s global payroll platform.
