- • The Payroll Specialist at Strada, Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely execution of the full payroll lifecycle, supporting both operational excellence and team development.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end payroll processing using the hrX suite, conducting root cause analyses for client escalations, maintaining compliance with evolving legislation, updating work instructions, and providing expert guidance to team members and clients on payroll-related inquiries.
- • The role is embedded within a global payroll operations team at Strada, Inc., where the Specialist acts as a subject matter expert, champions process improvements, and supports innovation initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- • In this role, the individual will develop leadership and coaching skills by upskilling colleagues through training, gain deep expertise in international payroll compliance and systems, and contribute to process optimization and client solution enhancements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing and administration
- • Proficiency with hrX payroll systems or equivalent HR/payroll technology platforms
- • Strong understanding of payroll legislation, compliance requirements, and statutory reporting
- • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for payroll discrepancies
- • Experience in training, coaching, and mentoring team members to improve performance
- • Excellent communication skills for handling sensitive client and internal inquiries
