- • Join SplitMetrics, a global software company powering mobile-first businesses with innovative products like SplitMetrics Acquire, Agency, Optimize, and App Radar, as a Payroll Specialist to support the finance team across international operations.
- • You will calculate and process payroll and reimbursements, post payroll and vacation accruals into the accounting system, and ensure monthly accuracy through reconciliation and updates.
- • Collaborate with outsource accountants and HR/Recruiting teams, prepare invoices and acceptance documents, calculate employee bonuses, and assist in developing KPI-based compensation tools.
- • Distribute payslips monthly, guide employees on payroll details and payment inquiries, liaise with banks on payroll matters, and prepare analytical reports for Finance and HR stakeholders.
- • Work within a remote-first, supportive culture spanning 20+ countries, contributing to a company that has driven over $1 billion in ad spend and integrated AI since 2023.
- • Develop expertise in international payroll processes, financial systems, and cross-functional collaboration while growing in a fast-paced, transparent environment that values ownership and continuous learning.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in payroll calculation and accounting within a tech or accounting company
- • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including mastery of complex formulas and handling large data sets
- • University degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or business administration
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills with B1+ English proficiency
- • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, high-pressure environment with flexibility and resilience
