  • • As a Payroll Specialist I, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional managed payroll administration services and providing expert Workday payroll processing support to a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • • This role demands the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, each with distinct deadlines, within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • • You will operate within a collaborative customer team setting, providing dedicated support to your assigned clients while also contributing to the broader customer base across all service levels as business needs dictate.
  • • Beyond day-to-day operational support, your responsibilities will extend to critical areas such as Workday payroll configuration and comprehensive year-end payroll processing support.
  • • You will serve as the named specialist for Payroll Administrative customers, ensuring their needs are met with precision and efficiency.
  • • In addition to your primary client responsibilities, you will actively support other OSV payroll, tax, and garnishment customers as required by the service team, fostering a cohesive and responsive support structure.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve managing and responding to incoming cases daily, rigorously adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction.
  • • You will be tasked with troubleshooting quarter-end and year-end payroll audit reports, identifying discrepancies, and formulating actionable recommendations for our clients to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • • Performance in this role will be measured against established quality and production metrics, including scorecards, emphasizing a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
