- • Lead the Solution Consulting function for Socure’s Gaming vertical, driving strategy and execution for new and existing business in the gaming & predictions market.
- • Manage and develop a team of Solution Consultants, serving as the primary technical point-of-contact throughout the sales cycle and product implementation process.
- • Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership to align on short- and long-term strategies tied to customer implementation and technical needs.
- • Own both long-term technical strategy and day-to-day operations, including designing playbooks, fostering innovation, and turning data into actionable insights to mitigate risk and support client success.
- • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure successful adoption, integration, and growth of Socure’s solutions in the gaming industry.
- • Recruit, retain, and develop top-tier talent while establishing standards, conducting After Action Reviews, and structuring the team to meet sales and product goals.
- • Act as a subject matter expert on Socure’s products, representing the voice of the customer to influence product enhancements and feature requests.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications a plus.
- • 10+ years of experience in consulting, solution design, or product management within a similar field, preferably in gaming or risk management.
- • Deep understanding of the gaming market’s challenges, regulations, and business models.
- • Proven track record of building and leading teams to achieve KPIs in solution consulting or technical sales.
- • Strong client-facing and communication skills, with ability to simplify complex solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- • Ability to lead workshops, presentations, and client consultations, and influence cross-functional teams.
