- • As a Sales Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and dispatch of quotes to customers, leveraging the power of Salesforce. Your meticulous attention to detail will be paramount in processing multiple orders and invoices daily, ensuring that all transactions are handled with precision and efficiency.
- • A key aspect of this role involves supporting the transition of customers from perpetual licenses to our cutting-edge cloud solutions. You will play a vital part in guiding customers through this process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience as they adopt SOTI's latest offerings.
- • You will also be instrumental in managing support ticket escalations. This involves proactively addressing customer issues, collaborating with the support team to find timely resolutions, and ensuring that customer satisfaction remains high throughout their journey with SOTI.
- • In addition to your core responsibilities, you will serve as a critical out-of-office backup for the Senior Account Manager and other sales personnel. This ensures continuous support and operational continuity, even when key team members are unavailable.
- • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with various internal departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service. This cross-functional teamwork is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction, fostering retention, and ensuring a cohesive approach to sales and service delivery.
- • Maintaining the integrity of our sales data is a top priority. You will be responsible for diligently updating and maintaining customer records and sales data within Salesforce and other CRM tools. Accurate data management is fundamental for effective reporting and strategic decision-making.
- • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales strategies by generating and analyzing sales reports. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in identifying areas for enhancement and driving future success.
- • To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A strong understanding of SOTI One products and services, coupled with proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms, is essential.
