📋 Description

• • As a Payroll Specialist Lead for Croatia and Serbia, you will serve as a subject matter expert managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and timely processing while supporting regional payroll specialists and backing up managers during absences.
• • Day to day, you will process full payroll cycles including statutory filings, exceptions, approvals, and payments; maintain relationships with stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering; focus on KPIs and SLAs; implement process improvements; mentor team members; and handle accounting and reconciliations.
