📋 Description

• • As a Payroll Specialist Lead in the Czech Republic, you will serve as a subject matter expert for payroll operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in processing payroll for Remote’s global workforce.
• • Day to day, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing including statutory filings, payments, approvals, and reconciliations; maintain data integrity; support and mentor junior payroll specialists; collaborate with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams; and drive process improvements to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• • You will join Remote’s Payroll Operations Team, part of a fully remote, globally distributed company with team members across six continents, dedicated to building a best-in-class HR platform that enables compliant global employment through innovation, automation, and AI.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Czech Republic payroll regulations, enhance your leadership and mentoring skills, gain experience in international payroll operations, and contribute to scalable processes that support Remote’s mission of fair, equitable global talent hiring.
