• • As a Payroll Specialist Lead for the Czech Republic, you will serve as a subject matter expert managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and timely processing while mentoring team members and supporting regional leadership.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include processing full payroll cycles, handling statutory filings and exceptions, reconciling accounts, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, improving payroll processes, and providing guidance to payroll specialists while backing up regional managers during absences.
• • You will join Remote Technologies Inc.’s Payroll Operations Team, a globally distributed, asynchronous team committed to building a best-in-class HR platform that enables compliant global employment through innovation, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Czech Republic payroll regulations, strengthen leadership and process improvement skills, and gain experience influencing cross-functional teams in Finance, Product, and Engineering while contributing to scalable, compliant global payroll systems.
