• • As a Payroll Specialist Lead in Denmark, you will serve as a subject matter expert for payroll operations, ensuring accurate and compliant processing of end-to-end payroll for the region while supporting global employment solutions.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing stakeholder relationships across Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams; processing full payroll cycles including statutory filings, approvals, and payments; ensuring data integrity and quality; focusing on KPIs and SLAs; implementing process improvements; mentoring and supporting junior payroll specialists; and backing up regional managers during absences.
• • You will join Remote’s Global Payroll Operations Team, part of a fully remote, globally distributed company with team members across six continents, dedicated to building a best-in-class HR platform that enables compliant international hiring and payroll.
