📋 Description
- • As a Payroll Specialist Lead at Remote, you will serve as a subject matter expert for Greece, managing end-to-end payroll processing, statutory filings, compliance, and stakeholder relationships within the Global Payroll Operations Team. You will ensure data integrity, support process improvements, mentor junior specialists, and back up regional managers as needed.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include processing full payroll cycles, handling accounting and reconciliations, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, implementing process improvements, providing guidance to payroll specialists, and collaborating with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
