📋 Description

• • As a Payroll Specialist Lead, you will act as a subject matter expert for payroll operations in the Netherlands, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of employee compensation while supporting global payroll initiatives.
• • Day to day, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing, handle statutory filings and payments, maintain data integrity, reconcile payroll journals, monitor KPIs and SLAs, mentor junior specialists, and support regional managers during absences.
• • You will join Remote’s Global Payroll Operations Team, part of a fully remote, globally distributed company that values innovation, asynchronous work, and building best-in-class HR technology to simplify international employment.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global payroll compliance, lead process improvements, develop mentoring skills, and grow into a trusted advisor across Finance, Product, and Engineering teams while contributing to Remote’s mission of fair, equitable global work.
