• • The Payroll Specialist Lead - Pakistan is a critical role within Remote’s global payroll organization, responsible for delivering accurate, compliant payroll operations in Pakistan while contributing to the scalability and improvement of global payroll processes.
• • Day to day, the role involves ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time, owning end-to-end payroll execution for assigned jurisdictions, acting as a subject matter expert on country-specific payroll regulations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.
• • The role sits within Remote’s Global Payroll Operations team, reporting to the Manager, Payroll Operations, and collaborates closely with Tax, Finance, Product, and Customer Success teams to support compliant and efficient global employment solutions.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Pakistani payroll compliance, lead operational improvements, gain exposure to global payroll systems and AI-enabled tools, and develop leadership skills in a fully remote, asynchronous, and innovative work environment.
