• • The PEO Payroll Specialist Lead is a mid-level individual contributor responsible for executing and supporting payroll operations within the US PEO environment, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery while driving process improvements.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include executing end-to-end payroll operations, validating inputs and outputs, managing exceptions and reconciliations, supporting operational rollouts, serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, identifying process improvements, participating in system testing, guiding other payroll specialists, and monitoring performance metrics.
