- • Partner with HR, finance, and legal teams to align payroll processes with company-wide compliance, reporting, and strategic goals.
- • Drive process improvements through automation and AI integration, enhancing efficiency and scalability of payroll systems.
- • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
- • Ensure adherence to local tax laws, social security regulations, and statutory requirements in all operating countries.
- • Prepare and analyze payroll reports for leadership, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and audit readiness.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading payroll operations in a mid-sized to large organization with international scope.
- • Expertise in global payroll compliance, including multi-country tax, social security, and statutory reporting.
- • Hands-on experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and HRIS integrations.
- • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret payroll data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage distributed teams across time zones.
- • Familiarity with automation and AI applications in payroll or HR processes.
