• • The Payroll Specialist Lead - Poland is a critical role within Remote’s global payroll organization, responsible for delivering accurate, compliant payroll operations in Poland while contributing to the scalability of global payroll processes.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning end-to-end payroll execution for assigned jurisdictions, validating inputs and calculations, acting as a subject matter expert on Polish payroll regulations, resolving discrepancies, supporting process improvements, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders including Payroll Operations, Tax, Finance, Product, and Customer Success teams.
