• • The Payroll Specialist Lead - Poland is a critical individual contributor role within Remote’s global payroll organization, responsible for delivering accurate, compliant payroll operations in Poland while contributing to the scalability and improvement of global payroll processes.
• • Day to day, the role involves owning end-to-end payroll execution for assigned jurisdictions, validating inputs and calculations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, acting as a subject matter expert on Polish payroll regulations, resolving discrepancies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.
• • The Payroll Operations team at Remote is part of a globally distributed, async-first workforce spanning 6 continents, focused on building a best-in-class HR platform that enables compliant international hiring, payroll, and team management for businesses of all sizes.
