• • As a Payroll Specialist Lead at Remote, you will serve as a subject matter expert for Spain, managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and supporting global payroll operations.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include processing full payroll cycles, managing stakeholder relationships across Finance, Product, and Engineering, handling statutory filings and payments, mentoring junior specialists, backing up regional managers, and driving process improvements focused on KPIs and SLAs.
