- • As a Payroll Specialist Lead at Remote Technologies Inc., you will serve as a subject matter expert for UK payroll operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely processing of payroll for international teams while driving process improvements and mentoring junior specialists.
- • Day to day, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing including statutory filings, approvals, payments, and reconciliations; maintain data integrity; support payroll implementation projects; mentor and guide payroll specialists; back up regional managers; and collaborate with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to improve systems and workflows.
- • You will join Remote’s Global Payroll Operations Team, part of a fully remote, globally distributed company with team members across 6 continents, dedicated to building a best-in-class HR platform that enables compliant global employment through innovation, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in international payroll compliance, lead process optimization initiatives, develop mentoring and leadership skills, and gain exposure to cutting-edge HR technology and automation tools, positioning you for growth into senior payroll or operations management roles.

- • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
