• • The Payroll Specialist Lead (United States) is a mid-level individual contributor responsible for executing and supporting payroll operations within the US payroll environment, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery while contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency.
• • Day to day, the role involves executing end-to-end payroll operations, validating payroll inputs and outputs, managing exceptions and reconciliations, supporting operational implementation of payroll processes, serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, identifying process improvement opportunities, participating in system testing, providing guidance to other payroll specialists, and monitoring payroll performance metrics including SLAs and KPIs.
