• • The Payroll Specialist Lead (United States) is a mid-level individual contributor responsible for executing and supporting payroll operations within the US payroll environment, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery while contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency.
• • Day to day, the role involves executing end-to-end payroll operations, validating inputs and outputs, managing exceptions and reconciliations, supporting process implementations, serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, identifying process improvements, participating in system testing, providing guidance to other payroll specialists, and monitoring payroll performance metrics.
