• • As a Payroll Strategy & Compliance Expert for Eastern Europe, you will be the accountable owner of payroll compliance for your region, ensuring Remote meets and anticipates regulatory standards across its global payroll platform.
• • You will translate complex local legislation into scalable product requirements, lead audits and investigations, design compliance processes, and mentor teams to strengthen compliance capability across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations.
• • You will join Remote’s Payroll Strategy and Compliance team, a globally distributed group focused on building automated, compliant payroll systems at scale, operating asynchronously across six continents with a mission to enable compliant global employment.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in international payroll compliance, influence cross-functional product development, lead high-impact audit programs, and grow as a systems thinker and compliance leader shaping Remote’s global payroll architecture.
