- • The Payroll Support Specialist (fixed-term) role at Revvity, Inc. is a 12-month contract position focused on supporting the implementation of a new payroll software solution with a primary emphasis on Finnish payroll, while also contributing to monthly payroll operations across Europe. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition to the new payroll platform and maintaining compliance and accuracy in payroll processing.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting payroll system implementation and process improvements, coordinating data integration between Workday and external systems like Mepco, maintaining the Payroll Playbook, assisting with monthly payroll cycle tasks such as processing, reporting, and reconciliations, monitoring timelines, responding to employee and stakeholder queries, and participating in compliance and audit activities.
- • The role sits within Revvity’s international payroll team, which supports a global workforce of over 11,000 colleagues. Revvity is a leader in developing end-to-end solutions for scientists, researchers, and clinicians tackling global health challenges, combining innovation with deep industry expertise.
- • In this role, the individual will gain hands-on experience in a complex payroll transformation project, deepen expertise in European payroll compliance (especially Finland), strengthen technical skills in payroll systems and Excel, and develop cross-functional collaboration abilities with HR, Finance, and external providers—positioning them for growth in global payroll operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience, including hands-on experience with Finnish payroll and exposure to other European countries
- • Experience supporting payroll software implementations, transitions, or process improvement projects
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- • Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
