- • Lead assigned PCS projects from handover to close-out, ensuring alignment with protocol requirements and patient needs.
- • Act as the primary client-facing contact for project-specific matters, ensuring timely and proactive communication with sponsors, CROs, sites, and vendors.
- • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using internal tools and trackers; identify and escalate risks as needed.
- • Coordinate with PCS Coordinators, Funding, and Tech teams to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial accuracy.
- • Deliver study-specific training to PCS Coordinators and oversee day-to-day project execution.
- • Support the development of site and patient facing materials, guiding clients on patient reimbursement policies and documentation.
- • Monitor and maintain project-specific budgets, invoicing, forecasting, and reconciliations.
- • Lead regular client and internal status meetings, prepare reporting outputs, and track KPIs.
- • Collaborate with other service areas (e.g Research Nursing and site support) to deliver integrated patient support strategies.
- • Drive best practices in patient engagement, site support, and global logistics; identify continuous improvement opportunities across processes.

- • Experience leading clinical or pharmaceutical projects from initiation to close-out.
- • Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions with sponsors, CROs, sites, and vendors.
- • Proficiency in managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using tracking tools.
- • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with PCS Coordinators, Funding, and Tech teams.
- • Experience in monitoring budgets, invoicing, forecasting, and financial reconciliations.
- • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and patient reimbursement policies in clinical trials.
