• • As a PE & Growth Equity Professional serving as an Expert AI Trainer, you will bridge human investment expertise with artificial intelligence by translating complex financial reasoning into AI-readable logic, directly contributing to the development of frontier AI systems used in institutional asset management.
• • Day to day, you will develop and iterate realistic prompts to test AI-generated insights, systematically compare human versus machine judgment in investment reasoning, design frameworks that translate investor decision-making under uncertainty into AI challenges, and construct and validate expert financial benchmarks including models, returns analyses, and investment cases.
• • You will join Mentis AI, a company founded by ex-Lazard and Partners Group professionals, headquartered in London and San Francisco, dedicated to bringing real-world expertise from finance, healthcare, and law into AI model training to close the gap between human and artificial intelligence.
• • In this role, you will gain hands-on experience shaping how AI understands institutional asset management, deepen your expertise in AI applications within finance, and contribute to cutting-edge research that influences how AI supports portfolio construction, client communication, and investment research at scale.
