- • As a Pearl Talent Partner (PTP) Headhunting Intern, you will play a critical execution-focused role in identifying and qualifying top-tier global talent for high-growth startups in the US and EU, directly contributing to Pearl’s mission of connecting the world’s top 1% of candidates with visionary founders backed by elite investors like OpenAI, a16z, and Founders Fund.
- • You will actively source high-potential candidates using advanced techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels, conduct initial screenings based on role-specific Ideal Candidate Profiles (ICPs), manage and maintain candidate pipelines and trackers, send personalized outreach messages and follow-ups, collaborate with recruiters to refine sourcing strategies, and ensure all endorsed candidates meet non-negotiable quality and alignment standards before submission to the recruitment team.
- • Pearltalent is a specialized talent partner that works exclusively with the top 1% of global candidates, placing them in impactful roles at high-growth startups that have collectively raised over $5B and are backed by industry-leading investors; the company emphasizes long-term career growth, meaningful work, and merit-based advancement, with interns often transitioning into full-time roles or being placed directly with US/EU clients.
- • In this role, you will develop hands-on expertise in modern recruitment sourcing, gain proficiency with industry tools like Workable, sharpen your communication and assessment skills, and build a performance-driven mindset — all while earning commission-based income and positioning yourself for long-term opportunities within a high-performing, growth-oriented team that values initiative, results, and continuous learning.

- • Strong attention to detail and ability to objectively assess candidate quality against role requirements
- • Good communication and outreach skills for engaging passive candidates via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- • Self-driven and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
- • Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards) or a demonstrated willingness to learn them quickly
- • Ability to manage and maintain accurate candidate pipelines and trackers while adhering to quality standards
