- • The Pearl Talent Partner (PTP) Intern role is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals seeking to launch a career in recruitment, virtual assistance, or talent acquisition. This internship provides structured training and hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and supporting talent pipelines for high-growth startups in the US and EU, backed by top-tier investors like OpenAI, a16z, and Founders Fund. As part of Pearltalent’s mission to connect the top 1% of global talent with elite opportunities, interns play a vital role in identifying and nurturing candidates who go on to secure long-term, impactful roles with leading technology and innovation-driven companies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting sourcing efforts across job boards, Facebook groups, and other online platforms to identify potential candidates; assisting in initial resume screening and candidate profiling to assess fit for client roles; maintaining organized trackers and recruitment databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility; helping generate and manage candidate pipelines by updating statuses and coordinating follow-ups; participating in training sessions, mock exercises, and shadowing activities to build practical recruitment skills; and assisting with basic reporting and documentation tasks to support team workflows and process improvement.
- • Pearltalent operates as a global talent partner focused on quality over quantity, working exclusively with exceptional candidates and mission-driven startups. The team values initiative, curiosity, and a growth mindset, fostering an environment where interns are encouraged to ask questions, take ownership of tasks, and contribute ideas. Despite being remote-based in the Philippines, interns engage directly with workflows that serve US and EU clients, gaining exposure to international hiring standards and practices.
- • Through this internship, participants will develop foundational competencies in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, recruitment CRM tools, and virtual collaboration. They will gain confidence in navigating job platforms, interpreting resumes, and communicating professionally—skills that are transferable across HR, recruiting, and operations roles. High-performing interns may earn commission-based incentives and be considered for full-time roles within Pearltalent or referral opportunities with client companies, offering a clear pathway to long-term career growth in the talent industry.
