You will leverage AI-generated citation data to identify valuable opportunities and engage with publishers to secure essential brand mentions and backlinks for Pearl Talent. This foundational work is crucial for enhancing our presence in both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven recommendation systems.
• • Your direct efforts will ensure that when startup founders query platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity for top remote talent, Pearl Talent is prominently featured. The data you meticulously collect during this manual phase will be invaluable in informing and refining the automation systems that will scale this outreach strategy. Every email you send, every contact you make, serves as a vital data point that sharpens our operational intelligence and drives continuous improvement.
• • Key Responsibilities will include:
• • Publisher Outreach & Contact Research (40%):
• • You will receive curated lists of 25-50 potential citation opportunities, identified through AI citation tracking tools, from the marketing strategist.
• • For each target, you will conduct thorough research to identify the most appropriate contact person – this could be an article author, editor, content manager, or webmaster. You will utilize tools like LinkedIn, email finder services, and manual investigation to pinpoint the right individual.
• • You will craft personalized outreach emails, adapting scenario-specific templates to request backlinks from sites that already mention Pearl Talent or to pitch inclusion for sites that do not.
• • A crucial part of this role involves managing follow-up sequences for non-responders, ensuring up to two follow-up communications are sent to maximize engagement.
• • Response Handling & Escalation (20%):
• • Promptly flag any positive responses to the internal marketing team, preparing them for negotiation.
• • You will be responsible for preparing ready-made content, such as blurbs, link text, and relevant article snippets, to streamline the publisher inclusion process.
• • Any requests involving payment, link exchanges, or special terms will be escalated to the marketing team; independent negotiation on these matters is not permitted.
• • Tracking, Reporting & Data Quality (20%):
