📋 Description

• As a Peer Support Specialist at Limbic Limited, you will use your lived experience with anxiety and/or depression to motivate patients and build trust within an AI-led therapy program, serving as a steady, human presence for individuals navigating technological and emotional challenges in mental healthcare.
• Day to day, you will deliver individual peer sessions that normalize challenges and reinforce therapeutic progress, lead virtual group sessions focused on wellbeing tools and psycho-education, and follow crisis protocols to assess safety and initiate clinical handoffs to licensed psychotherapists when necessary, all while maintaining clear boundaries and scope of practice.
• You will join Limbic Limited, the leading clinical AI company for mental healthcare and the largest deployment of patient-facing mental health AI in the world, which has supported over half a million patients across the UK and US and regulated the first AI diagnostic model for adult mental health as a Class IIa medical device.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in peer support, gain experience working within innovative AI-driven mental health systems, develop skills in virtual group facilitation and crisis escalation, and contribute to expanding access to care for underserved populations including older adults, rural residents, and marginalized communities.

🎯 Requirements

• Current and unrestricted peer support certification (e.g., CPS-MH or state equivalent)
• Personal lived experience with anxiety and/or depression that can be leveraged to instill hope in patients
• Authentic commitment to inclusivity and ensuring patients from marginalized backgrounds feel genuinely seen and respected
• Strong interest in supporting adults aged 65+ with awareness of their unique medical and generational needs
• Experience leading peer or educational groups (preferred)
• Comfort with digital platforms and methodical approach to troubleshooting technical issues with patience
• Regular access to a private computer/laptop and high-speed internet for conducting sessions
• Private space to conduct patient calls without being overheard
