  • • As a Pensions Operations Manager at Capita Pension Solutions, you will lead a team of Pensions Team Managers to deliver high-quality pensions administration services that meet or exceed contractual requirements, playing a critical role in supporting senior management and driving operational excellence aligned with business strategy.
  • • Day to day, you will empower and develop your team by enhancing technical competency and efficiency, manage performance through objective setting, appraisals, training, and competence frameworks, maintain stakeholder and client relationships, review systems and controls for improvement, identify and resolve complaints at root cause, and manage resources using data analysis to meet operational targets while supporting AI tools and process innovations.
  • • Capita Pension Solutions is one of the UK’s leading pension firms, serving over 450 schemes and 6 million members with end-to-end solutions including administration, data & remediation, software, actuarial, investment, scheme management, and member communications, leveraging experience, insight, expertise, and technology to deliver personalised service.
