• • YOUR ROLE: PENTESTER AT XBOW
• • As a Pentester at X-Bow Systems, you will play a pivotal role in validating, triaging, and refining the output generated by our sophisticated AI-powered offensive security engine. This position places you at the absolute cutting edge of offensive security practices, where your primary responsibilities will involve discerning genuine vulnerabilities from noise, reverse-engineering false positives to understand their origins, and providing critical insights that guide the continuous improvement of our product.
• • You will engage in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Research & Development (R&D), AI researchers, and our internal Security team. This collaborative environment is essential to ensure that our AI system consistently produces high-quality, actionable, and proof-backed findings. Your role will serve as a crucial conduit, bridging the gap between our customers, our engineering and research departments, and the AI itself. You will be instrumental in validating the real-world impact of discovered vulnerabilities, gaining a deep understanding of emerging exploit patterns, and contributing directly to the refinement of our AI's attack logic.

• • WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• • Triage and meticulously analyze the output from our AI offensive engine, with the primary objective of validating genuine vulnerabilities and effectively separating critical signals from irrelevant noise.
• • Conduct in-depth vulnerability analysis of identified false positives. This involves pinpointing root causes, contributing to the improvement of detection logic, and refining the overall behavior and accuracy of our AI models.
• • Foster strong collaborative relationships with the Product, R&D, and AI teams. Provide structured, actionable feedback regarding the quality of exploits, identification of edge cases, and overall system performance and behavior.
• • Perform comprehensive analysis of discovered vulnerabilities, supporting the AI-driven reporting process with detailed technical insights and evidence.
• • Offer expert support to our customers, assisting them in understanding complex findings, reproducing identified issues, and validating the real-world impact of vulnerabilities.
• • Develop and implement robust, repeatable methodologies for the rigorous evaluation of exploit chains, proof-of-concept (PoC) behaviors, and diverse attack patterns.
• • Take ownership of investigations from initiation to completion, encompassing initial triage, deep-dive analysis, and the formulation of final recommendations for remediation or AI model enhancement.
• • Continuously engage in research to stay abreast of new vulnerability classes, cutting-edge exploitation techniques, and advanced reverse engineering workflows, thereby contributing to the ongoing evolution and enhancement of the X-Bow platform.
• • Actively contribute to the development of new attack logic and exploit techniques that can be integrated into the AI engine, further enhancing its offensive capabilities.
