📋 Description

  • • As a People Analytics Analyst - Data Integrity at Deel, you will serve as the critical bridge between raw workforce data and strategic HR decision-making, ensuring that the foundation of people analytics is accurate, reliable, and actionable across a globally distributed organization of 7,000+ employees spanning 100+ countries.
  • • You will own and evolve Deel’s people data quality framework by designing automated validation rules, resolving discrepancies across HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems, and maintaining a living metric dictionary that standardizes definitions of headcount, attrition, engagement, and hiring volume — enabling consistent, trustworthy reporting across all platforms.
  • • Day to day, you will design and maintain people analytics dashboards in Looker and Hex, transforming complex workforce trends into clear, decision-ready narratives for HR business partners and leadership; partner with data engineers to embed data quality tests at the pipeline level; and proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies before they impact reporting.
  • • You will build automated pipelines to eliminate manual analytical workflows — including scheduled reports, alerts, and triggered refreshes — while contributing to AI-powered initiatives like automated data quality monitoring and LLM-assisted analytics using tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
  • • You will collaborate closely with HR, data engineering, and cross-functional teams to understand evolving data needs, document reporting processes and data models, and deliver insights that directly inform talent strategy, compensation planning, and organizational health initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in an HR or people analytics context.
  • • Strong SQL proficiency against a cloud data warehouse, with Snowflake strongly preferred.
  • • Experience with BI tools for dashboard development, specifically Looker, Hex, or equivalent platforms.
  • • Demonstrated experience owning data quality — not just identifying issues, but building preventive processes and validation rules.
  • • Strong communication skills, with proven ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical HR stakeholders.
  • • Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, BambooHR, Deel, or similar platforms (strongly preferred).
  • • Familiarity with core HR metrics including headcount, attrition, time-to-hire, and engagement scores (strongly preferred).
  • • Comfort working with AI tools and LLM APIs (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) for analytics automation (strongly preferred).
